Solar energy is a source of radiation comes from sunlight. Basically there are two general types of solar energy, solar thermal and solar photovoltaic. Thermal solar radiation is converted into heat whereas PV convert radiation into electricity. The main focus is the main source of energy. For solar energy in the workplace, photovoltaic cells needed to convert sunlight into energy by the photoelectric effect. These cells are also known as solar cells made of silicon compounds that absorb sunlight. Stimulate solar energy electrons in the cell, thus changing the energy in electric current flow. Form of electricity is then converted into AC and then back to the general purpose DC power consumption. Solar energy is renewable and has the advantage because the permanence of the day the only major source of energy. It creates no chemical residues that can contaminate the environment. Other energy sources have their own weaknesses and adverse environmental impacts. Deposits of coal and gas will run out one day and energy sources produced considerable environmental pollution. nuclear fission to produce much power, but leave a bad impact on the environment with the possibility of serious injury results. Solar energy is also widely adopted because of practical advantages. photovoltaic panels can be easily installed and positioned in the industrial or residential unit. For housing, a popular way is to put solar panels on the roof directly, with direct sunlight. Industrial units usually will choose solar towers or substations to build its own resources. This may seem simple, but solar power has its own weaknesses. Solar energy makes a small number compared to conventional energy sources for power. This may be practical for individual households for their own solar panels, but may not be feasible for industrial units to invest in large-scale solar energy. Another reason could be a dependence day. Most industries that need to maintain progress and hours that can not afford to have a day of clouds block the main resource. Solar energy is gaining popularity with their conventional colleagues. Today, solar energy is preferred mainly because of environment-friendly. Being a renewable energy source, solar energy remains independent of the amount of sunlight so it does not require raw materials to keep the power going. Solar power does not pollute the environment and has no environmental threat than other energy sources. From now on, solar energy is supported by governmental agencies around the world. From the standpoint of cost-effective, solar energy has more benefits than disadvantages. solar power station was built as an alternative energy source in countries such as Germany and Spain. more projects and technologies that combine solar energy into their plans. Examples are in Japan and the United States, where the possibility of creating a solar-powered car for everyday road use investigated. Oil reserves dry, do not be surprised to see a solar-powered car on the road someday. Solar energy is a source of radiation comes from sunlight. Artificial intelligence continues to dominate business conversations, but enthusiasm alone does not guarantee results. While many companies rush to adopt AI in hopes of gaining a competitive edge, a large number of initiatives still fall short. The problem is rarely the technology itself. More often, failure happens because organizations approach AI without the structure, readiness, and discipline required for long-term success. AI projects do not fail because the technology

The Quiet Engine Behind Every Connection Most people think of telecom services as towers, signals, and mobile data moving invisibly through the air. Yet behind every call that connects and every message that reaches its destination, there is another system quietly working in the background. That system is the call center. While customers often interact with telecom companies only when something goes wrong, these centers operate constantly, guiding problems toward solutions an

Introduction The solar industry once believed that collecting as many leads as possible was the fastest path to growth. Marketing teams focused on filling databases with names, phone numbers, and email addresses. At first, the numbers looked promising. Dashboards showed rising interest and more inquiries than ever before. Yet behind the scenes, many companies began to notice a quiet problem. Revenue growth did not match the flood of leads. Sales teams felt overwhelmed, conver
