After few weeks of conception you start feeling tired very soon and this may be the sign of pregnancy. It’s normal to feel tired or unusually fatigued in early pregnancy or just after one week of conception. In this situation it’s advisable to take complete rest and add some protein and iron rich food in your diet. 7. Some women may feel short of breath when they become pregnant. This is due to the growing embryo that needs extra oxygen. If you experiencing the same then don’t take it as early signs of pregnancy because sometimes it can be the signs of something serious. Talk to your doctor to get assured. 8. Might be you feel some physical changes in you if you are pregnant such as change in vagina’s color and cervix. 9. Mood swings are also common in first trimester due to the flood of hormones in the body in early pregnancy. The best time to check that if you are pregnant is that when you missed your first period in case you have regular periods.
