- Green leafy vegetables: green leafy vegetables enriched in nutrients and antioxidants work wonders in digestion, and therefore Brussels sprouts, cabbage, kale and spinach must be consumed regularly. Zucchini, celery, carrots, turnips, squash, cucumber, onions, cauliflower, tomatoes, broccoli and asparagus are equally beneficial for piles.
