Do enough training and exercise in your body, not those that are heavy that your body cannot take anymore. Excessive exercise can be not good to others. Doing exercise 3 to 5 times a week is good enough. Jogging and doing jumping rope is a good exercise, cheap yet very effective. This will strengthen your legs and core muscles. It is important that when you jump, you should also swing your arms. You should stretch first your arms out and swing your arms down as you bend down in order to jump. As when you jump, you should also stretch your arms up as if you are getting something at the highest point you could ever reach. Just imagine that you are getting something in the very high place and your goal is to reach it as high as you can. Stretching your arms while jumping will really make a difference than your usual jumping rate. Using your arms while jumping will give you momentum in your jump. After practicing this, you will naturally be stretching and using your arms while jumping to get higher jumps. Another important tip on how to jump higher is to bend your knees deep before jumping. This is important because this will make the muscles get ready for a high jump and will strengthen your legs. Stand up straight and do a deep knee bend at the same time, maintaining you’re back vertical. Athletes also do daily exercises such as doing jumping rope. It is also a nice tip on how to jump higher to have a balance diet and a healthy body. You should be discipline enough to control what you eat and drink. No junk foods and other foods bad to your health. Always maintain a good body.
