Some of the most inexplicable things about women's clothes- Part 2
It is very important to understand the changing trends and fashion of women’s clothing to make smart purchases. In the previous article on this topic we have seen some of the inexplicable things about women’s clothing, in this part [Part 2] also we would learn about some more of such incomprehensible things that all fashion enthusiastic people must know.
rn1. Purchasing women’s clothes would need a lot of instructions- There are several questions that need to be asked while understanding the needs of women’s clothing. Questions like short shirt or long shirt, tube tops and short skirts, leg warmers and arm warmers makes a lot of confusion in understanding women’s clothing. If you're at a department store, you may be lucky enough to see it printed on the price tag, but if not, then you are sure to get confused. Several types of clothes are there that needs proper knowledge on the way of wearing them, like the wrap sweater. People even create videos on the ways of wearing them. For many such dresses, you actually don’t get a lot of help as to how or when you're supposed to wear it. So it really becomes extremely difficult for people to understand some of the women’s clothes and their wear ability without proper instructions.
2. The random sizes of the clothing- Generally it’s seen that men's pant sizes are very logical and they come in measurements of waist sizes. But for women, the sizes comes in random numbers. Even this is not a recent trend, the women's clothing manufacturers have been making up sizes as far back as sizes have existed. You would often see that the sizes apparently expand and collapse when you go from brand to brand, according to their sizes.
The market keeps rewarding the designers and manufactures for making this differences, and so they would keep doing it. And it is thus understandable that there is zero hope for making women's sizes any easier to buy. On the other hand, if we can't make things stress-free for women, superficially they are making things even harder for men these days by doing the same thing with their pants and shirt sizes.
3. The material of the clothes, too thin or too thick- It is a common thing that people needs to do while going for shopping for women’s clothes, that is putting the hand inside all the shirts and dresses and checking if it’s see through or not. Most of the time it’s seen that clothes are too thin. This is a fact not only for a fancy boutique it actually holds true for any neighborhood shop. But whether you are making custom tailor made dresses or purchasing ready to wear ones, it’s very important to understand the need of the wearer. Sheer clothes are not the right dress code for schools and workplaces. Even you have to think that these clothes are for all women of all ages, not just young, attractive women. So there must be layers provided to such kind of cloths. Moreover, super-thin cloths aren’t very durable and they easily catches and tears in a washing machine.
