Nepal is a small country between two big countries China and India. The total area of this country is 147,181 Sq.Km. But it has multicultural and biodiversity. Nepal is one of the most famous tourist destinations in the world. Such a small country has about 125 tribes of people with 123 different mother languages. Having a huge number of the Hindu population, there are lots of other religious people are in the country. This is a tolerate country so never fight against different religion. Nepal can be a land of happiness so people are always is happy which can be seen on their smiley face at any time. This country has more villages than cities so the villagers have warm hospitality to the tourist. Tourism can expand anywhere in Nepal but for the moment, there are certain routes that are popular as tourism destinations. Mainly there are huge numbers of tourist from overseas come to see the mountain in Nepal but not only the mountain attracts tourist. There are lots to do in this country. The major tourism activity of Nepal is trekking to the Himalayan base camps as adventure sports. Although there are numerous short and easy trekking routes for beginner trekkers from where still can enjoy with the Nepalese Himalaya. Lush green hills, rivers, waterfalls, wildlife, beautiful valleys, traditional villages, terraces, and much more things attract tourist to trek in Nepal. rnBesides trekking, day hiking, peak climbing, expedition, white water river rafting, mountain flights, homestay tours, heritage cultural tours, pilgrimage tours, festivals tour, and much more activities are here in Nepal which has been given in detail below.

Trekking in Nepal

Truly known as a Himalayan country, Nepal has thousands of high snow-capped mountains including eight highest mountains above eighth thousand meters. Trekking in Nepal is one of the most popular tourism activities. There are thousands of visitors visits Nepal for the trekking to the mountain base camps. Trekking in Nepal has lots of choices as an adventure and non-adventure hikes. Visiting the base camps of High Mountain, doing the high passes are adventure treks in Nepal. Also, there are many short and easy trekking routes for the beginners and people scare with altitude. Everest, Annapurna, and Langtang regions are regular and popular trekking region with several different itineraries. But there are other much more beautiful routes including some off the beaten track treks. rnTrekkers may trek in every season but mainly autumn and spring are the best timing for the trekking in Nepal. It will be very cold during the winter to go to the base camps and adventure treks so there are some short treks closer to the cities. It is still a good season to see the Himalayas. Nepal has some rain show region as upper Mustang and upper Dolpo which are perfect areas for summer season treks.

Island peak, Lobuche peak, and Mera peaks are popular peak climbing in the Everest region. Langsisa peak and Yala peak are in Langtang and Chulu, Tent, Pisang and some other in the Annapurna region are the most popular peaks to climb.
