One thing which can make it easier for this is using online calorie calculators to determine the daily calorie intake you should strive for based on your age and weight.rnThe next lot of chin exercises can be done by doing five reps of each at a time. You should do at least 3 repetitions per day. Begin the first exercise by lifting your chin up as high as you can so you are staring at the ceiling. In an exaggerated way pucker your lips just like you were about to kiss someone. With that pose maintained for fifteen seconds release it. Have a short break for a few seconds then do three or four more. This can be done during your day. Another exercise you can try is placing your hand on your forehead as you lean into it and let it provide some resistance. Let both your chin and neck muscles get a workout and hold this for 15 secs. Next, in a sitting position bend your head back as far as you can and hold for 15 secs.rnAnother exercise to try is opening your mouth and having your hand beneath your chin letting your hand offer resistance. Hold this for 15 secs before letting go. Lastly chew some sugar free gum during the day. This can help to maintain tightness in your facial muscles. rnA full body workout ontop of this can somehow improve your chances of losing weight dramatically. So, do so at least 5 days per week. Head off jogging, biking, weight training and so on. Find activities that are fun and keep up the pace for a full 45 mins. This will work out the whole body and keep it burning fat all the way throughout the day
