The city of London is one of the major tourist centers and receives the highest number of tourists per annum in the world. Owing to this, London’s Heathrow Airport is the busiest airport in the world. Alongside New York City, the English capital is the top rated global city in the world having the highest number of large businesses and highest GDP in the world. It is thus much frequented by business travelers. However, another major reason of tourism in the city is its richness and refinement in arts, culture, history, fashion, music, education, finance, healthcare and many other facilities. Divided into three parts, the city of London has many suburbs which are truly worth visiting. One such area in the city is Southall. rnLondon’s China Town is the largest in the world and mind blowing indeed. Nonetheless, Southall, which is also known as ‘Little India’ is impressive in its own right. For travelers searching for that Indian touch in UK, it may be found almost everywhere but nowhere has it been as impressive as in Southall. London Heathrow Airport alongside three other airports namely London Gatwick Airport, London City Airport and Stansted Airport are the gateway to Southall travel With an itinerary in hand, tourists and travelers are able to enjoy all the sub-continental wonderments in West London, in the outer boroughs of London. This is where a considerably large amount of South Asian population resides outside the Indian Subcontinent. Hence, Southall is home to stalls where delectable Indian street food is sold and many restaurants where world renowned South Asian dishes can be tasted. Moreover, if travelers are looking for some South Asian sweets, clothes, home décor items, shoes, wedding accessories, jewelry or any other item that has amazed them, Southall’s shopping districts are the addresses to visit. rnAlongside the Indian tinge, the impressive factors about this part of London include the numerous historical edifices and locations. Built in 15th century, the Boston Manor House and Chiswick House and Gardens are simply magnificent inside out and of course, are highly recommended for visit. The world’s first film studio, Ealing Studios are not open to public but can be checked from the outside. The Victorian Ealing Town Hall, built in 1888 and Windsor Street are two other areas of interest for history lovers. In addition, the many museums of the city can also be added to the itinerary. London Motor Museum is worth mentioning here. However, like elsewhere in London, Southall travel tickets are expensive but worth cashing. rnFor art lovers, the gallery named as For Arts Sake is a fabulous spot for visiting. It deals in British jewelry, printmaking and ceramics. Fans of architecture may find Brentford Dock as an impressive site. It has an exuberant environment and is a fairly lively place. The suburb of Southall has many parks with Syon Park and Ruislip Lidos being the most popular and highest recommended ones.
