Graphics are much more effective at relaying a message, and drawing up emotion. You want your audience to relate to you on an emotional level so that a connection is made between you. Tip number three, make sure your graphics are large enough for the whole audience to see. To add to this tip, also remember to place your images high enough, so that even the people in the back of the room can see what's on the screen without having to stand up. Tip number four. Brand your slides. You can look 10 times more professional if all of your slides are branded with either a graphic banner on the top of each slide, or with a company logo. Branding your slides will help your audience to see your professionalism which will help them to see you as a person they trust and want to invest in.
