Heat oil in a kadai.rn2. Add cumin seeds and hing.rn3. Add ginger garlic paste and onions and fry till golden brown.rn4. Add bhindi and all the other powder spices, mix well.rn5. Stir fry for 15 minutes or till the bhindi is cooked.rn6. Serve bhindi onion stir fry hot with chapatis. Cabbage Paratha Recipe Ingredients: For the stuffing • 2-3 cups cabbage (finely chopped) • 1 tsp red chilly powder • salt to taste • Oil rnFor the parathasrn• 2 cups wheat flour • salt to taste • Ghee or oil rnHow to make stuffed cabbage paratha: 1. For the stuffing heat oil in a pan and add chopped cabbage.rn2. Add red chilly powder and salt, mix it well.rn3. CoCover the pan and cook it till the cabbage is cooked and water evaporates.rn4. Keep the cooked vegetable aside to cool.rn5. knead the dough by adding salt and enough water so that it is soft and smooth.rn6. Take a small portion of the dough and make a ball.rn7. Now roll this ball in a shape of a roti.Put the cabbage stuffing on it.rn8. Now roll another roti and spread it on top of the first roti and seal the sides with some water on the edges so the stuffing does not come out.rn9. Heat a tawa.Place the stuffed paratha gently on the tawa and roast it from both sides by greasing it with oil or ghee.rn10. Serve hot with curd,pickles. rnVegetables are essential parts of the menu.
