Is there someone or something in your life that you know you haven’t forgiven? What I mean is this – are you holding onto judging someone in your current or past or holding onto bad feelings about something that happened to you?

Let’s talk about forgiveness. No, this isn’t about forgiving and forgetting, but it is about the spiritual mechanisms of forgiveness and the freedom that it brings to YOU. First and foremost, this is about you, not the other person. To keep it simple, let’s stick with the example of some one, a person, who you have or are currently judging for something they’ve done that doesn’t sit right with you. If you’re not sure whether or not you’ve forgiven them, here’s a quick litmus test: when you think about them, are you able to easily and freely send them love?

If not, there’s room for forgiveness.
