The ELSTEEL modular enclosures boxes of the AISI-304 stainless steel, are of great functionality and wide application in industry, construction and power distribution. They are manufactured and tested according to the IEC 62208 and IEC 60670 Standards, under high quality standards, which guarantees a constant fit and finish in all batches.

The CTK INOX stainless steel boxes are IP65 degree of protection. They are specified for use in indoor environments or for outdoor use in harsh environments, food, pollutants, corrosives, etc. They ensure total protection against the ingress of dust, as well as against ingress of water projected in all directions that could damage the equipment.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

• Fully welded 1.5 mm AISI 304 stainless steel sheet structure.
• 5 mm AISI 304 stainless steel sheet door.
• Labyrinth closure and weatherstripping provide total protection against the ingress of dust and water when the door is closed and against ingress of water when it is opened.
• 6mm SAE 1010 sheet steel mounting plate in orange or galvanized sheet. On request it can be made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
• Half-turn type locks with short handle. A wide variety of models can be offered upon request, such as: with a Yale-type key, a screwdriver or with locks. There is the possibility of installing a espagnolette type lock for heights from 900 mm onwards.
• Grounding screw, projection welded on the door and inside the box. They are tied with a ground wire to achieve continuity.
• Non-degradable, self-adhesive Neoprene gasket, guarantees perfect sealing.
• AISI 304 stainless steel concealed hinges that allow a 130 ° opening.
• Polished surface finishing treatment.
