Indian Government has a lot of jobs to offer. The government has appointed the UPSC to gain entry into the Indian civil services. However, the state governments have appointed various commissions to undertake the responsibility of recruiting candidates for the respective states. These commissions serve as the window to gain entry into the administrative services of various states like Bihar, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. The commissions of these respective states recruit candidates for various services provided by the state. rnBihar Public Service Commission: BPSC is a commission appointed by the government of Bihar to conduct competing test for the entry into Bihar Administrative Service. The recruitment is done through two ways, direct recruitment and promotion. In direct recruitment, the candidate has to give a main exam and an interview, where as in promotion, it is granted to civil servants through departmental promotional committee with the rules framed by state government. The annual report of all the work done by Bihar Public Service Commission is submitted to the state government, describing its recruitments, problems and new ideas for the next session, which require approval of the government.rnRajasthan Public Service Commission: RPSC is the commission set up by government of Rajasthan to conduct examinations, interviews, and recruiting individuals to various departments of the government. These recruitments involve entry into the clerical cadre, in Rajasthan Administrative Service and Rajasthan Police Service. Also advices the state government about the disciplinary cases drawn against the government servants in which major punishment is proposed. It manages all the functions of the recruitment which also involves constructing guidelines for various policies and conducting senior sale promotion exams.rnUttar Pradesh Public Service Commission: Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UUPSC) aims at recruiting individuals for various services of the state. It recruits individuals based on interviews, screening tests and interviews, exams, exams and interviews and also on the basis of prelims exam, mains exam and interview. Other procedures followed for recruitment is through promotions, disciplinary actions, advice to Uttar Pradesh government and service rules. It has spread its wings across the state and has two spacious exam centers in Allahabad and Lucknow. It can cater to the need of 3000 candidates in one session.rnThus, the Bihar Public Service Commission, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan all cater to the need of their respective states by recruiting capable and deserving candidates for various posts in the administrative services offered by the state.
