You are totally getting closer to your goals. You are feeling better because you are taking action, being aware and following through and these are very important elements for success.
Remember to be kind to yourself and do not expect perfection. There may be days when everything you proceed with promotes success and you take not one step off the road of perfection. When this happens be extremely proud of yourself and take it all in stride. Do the best you can to not allow this day of perfect moves to dictate your feelings for self and progress when it is not duplicated day-after-day. No one, I repeat, no one can do everything all the time.
Thinking in a positive manner and taking the time to acknowledge your well-wishes and encouraging movements toward your goals creates a platform for yourself that fosters continuous effort. Take advantage of these optimistic happenings and use them to your full advantage.
~Take time throughout your busy day to stop and think about you and all that you have accomplished on your journey toward a lighter lifestyle. ~Acknowledge your own efforts and be aware of the wonderful steps you have taken. ~Make time for yourself! This is a must as you continue to make healthy strides. ~Be kind to yourself and dwell on your upbeat accomplishments. ~Share your triumphs with your friends and family. The more you spread the word about your achievements, the more you will continue to reap the benefits. ~Allow patience to ooze into every crevice of your day and night. ~Believe in your ability to make a difference in your life and don’t settle for anything less than what you dream about. Do not allow anything to rain on your parade.
You are doing a wonderful job at trying to change your habits and this takes time and consistency. Do the best you can to read the daily letters, they really help you focus and stay on task, or at least provide you with the tools to be more successful in different areas of your day. If you can find the time to journal consistently that would be wonderful for you to look at, review and monitor and adjust your movements. I am so happy that you are feeling like you are making progress---EXCELLENT!!! One day at a time is what you are striving for :) I am so proud of you! Keep on doing the best you can and don't look back.
