2 ½ tbsps of organic canola oil
1 tsp each of garlic powder and onion powder
2 – 4 tsps of organic soy sauce (choose one that’s low in sodium)
On a pan over medium heat, pour the canola oil. Stir in the vegetables for a maximum of nine minutes. Continue stirring while adding all the other ingredients. Simmer it for 3 – 5 minutes more before turning off the burner. This recipe is good for a serving of 4-6.
You can always add this delicious recipe to your anti cellulite diet. Not only are the vegetables packed with vitamins and nutrients, the organic ingredients used have higher concentrations of these essential health boosters.
