I hadn't realized, but I was fighting things most of my life.

It still happens, but I'm learning now that life can flow easily if we stop fighting. That's where peace is found.

What do we fight? We fight what happens to us, what other people say about us, we fight our own thoughts or feelings. We fight what life brings us, failing to realize that we are the ones who asked for it, through our thoughts and beliefs.

The simplest way to stop fighting is to focus elsewhere. If there is something you do not like, or are having problems with, stop giving it your attention. This is not denial (which itself is a form of fighting and resisting), but no longer feeding it negativity, allowing it to dissolve and right itself. So, where to focus instead? Focus on Love, and focus on the things you love to do. Let those things be your priority.

This has opened the doors of peace to me that I haven't experienced in a while. My vibration has been consistantly high for much of the day through this practice of focusing on and doing those things I love and enjoy. And amazingly, many of my intentions and goals are moving forward because of it - the universe is bringing all sorts of possiblities and next steps for me, confirmations that I'm on the right track and that the universe IS responding to my requests.

Moving forward with one thing tends to move everything forward.

Blessings on your path.

Love, Louie.x.
