Being filled with stress can cause untold problems. That information alone should be a catalyst for you to adjust your thinking so that you can reduce it at all costs. This is where meditation, breath work and a strong effort to keep thinking in positive terms comes in. Often, from the side of Light, we hear people spend most of their days in a subconscious state of expecting the worst of everyone and everything. If that rings true for you, try your best to minimize these episodes.
Our advice to you is to first start monitoring all of the fleeting thoughts that run in and out of your mind. Praise them when they are good, but when you realize that you have just had a momentary lapse in the right way to think, mentally erase it and replace it with something far more thankful. Any show of gratitude for anything in your life is a good cornerstone for more positive growth. In other words, you will expand the good and squash the negativity that may be keeping your from your intended path of jubilation. Think about this and then ask yourself why you are blocking all the aspects of greatness regarding stability of wealth, health and happiness. You have the power to control much of your destiny.
Step back when you find yourself digging into a ditch of anxiety and stress. Question whether or not acting in that manner is helping the situation. Most likely, you will hear yourself answer "NO!" The world gives so many options to all people that it can be unfathomable to understand the vastness of protection and opportunities that can come from the Kingdom of Spirit. When your levels of stress are deepest, the power of angels is dominant. Talk to them. Do not share with them your worries - ask that they take all of them from you! It is far easier for the universe to dispose of them than it is yourselves. Certainly, Spirit does not want you to feel guilty about releasing it to them, otherwise it defeats the purpose. If you are going to legitimately improve yourself, then you must trust in the words, deeds and concepts that a force far more potent is looking to be your confidant and ally.
May your lives be filled to the rim with blessings, peace and love. They are endless and infinite. Feel hugged and comforted by The Spoken Words of Spirit.
