Stress is one of the leading underlying causes of many illnesses today. People diagnosed with conditions from fatigue to insomnia to heart disease can be found to have been leading stress-filled lives for years prior to being diagnosed. In some cases stress is the only reason for the condition, while for others it's a major contributing factor.
Trying to live a totally stress-free life in this day and age is an unrealistic expectation that would only serve to place more pressure on a person. Understanding stress and learning how to deal with it is a much healthier approach. This is critically important when you consider that according to the American Medical Association, heart and lung disease, cancer, accidents, and cirrhosis of the liver have been directly linked with stress. And, these are the five current leading causes of death. They are followed closely by illnesses associated with stress, such as high blood pressure, increased heart rate, muscle tension, blood vessel constriction, weight gain, and slow digestion. Taking a safe herbal formula that includes mistletoe, capsicum, lily of the valley, kola nut, horse chestnut and other natural ingredients will strengthen the heart and lower the blood pressure.
One of the first things you need to do is recognize where your stress comes from. If you don't know what's causing you stress, it's going to be difficult to learn to deal with it. Pay attention to what causes you stress and how you're dealing with it, or not dealing with it. A report that's due, meeting the in-laws for the first time, the holidays, a car accident, unpaid bills, or an argument with your best friend. It's the constant, every day, never-ending stress that leads to illness. The kind of stress that occurs when a person becomes a caregiver for a spouse with Alzheimer's. Some people handle stress well, some people don't.
Once you've identified your stressors, the next step is to correlate ways to reduce your stress that work for you and your lifestyle. One stress reducer that everyone can introduce into their lives is organization; time management. The more organized you are, the more time you have freed up, the less stress you have. One that's a bit harder for most of us, but is very effective; take time for yourself. Relaxation is a a great stress reducer. Thinking positive and maintaining a sense of humor are invaluable when it comes to your health and a lower stress level. Eating properly and getting enough quality sleep will keep you relaxed and help keep your stress level controlled.
Meditation is a perfect way to focus your attention away from your stress. Since the mind is the first to be effected by life's stresses, the mind is where the control needs to begin. Meditation requires deep concentration and dedication. Introduce to your stress reducing program a natural treatment that uses ingredients of lavender, bergamot, orange labrador, amyris, marjoram, wild chamomile, cistus, ylang, and rose.

Life Is Meant For Joy
With bills to pay, rent to cover, kids to corral, too much to do in too little time, especially with the Holidays upon us and all the extra stuff that needs tending, doing, paying for? Joy? Give it a rest. Well, I would, except joy is our basic nature. It’s what everything else we do is aiming for. Yes, money is nice, but why? For the joy it brings us in the form of comfort and/or giving to others. Success is grand, but why? For the joy of accomplishment, of expressing ourse
