Such cities are full of ambitious eyes which want to rush their self up the ladder. For this they keep on working all day long. Such cities are so fast tracked that we can see that as we say that technology changes after every three months in the same way we can see that such city change every three second, just by the blink of the eye. Such cities give hype to our ambition and everybody start working up to meet all their name, fame and money which they desire.
We can find that there is both the male and female member of the society working up day and night in such a city. Not only this much we can even see that most of such people are workaholic in nature. They like to work whole day long and they still carry their office work to home and then back to office. They hardly consider their health; they don’t have ample amount of time to take proper diet or to take proper amount of rest. Such people are not even able to give proper time to their personal and social life.
p>Hypertension (HTN) or high blood pressure, sometimes called arterial hypertension, is a chronic medical condition in which the blood pressure in the arteries is elevated. This requires the heart to work harder than normal to circulate blood through the blood vessels. Blood pressure involves two measurements, systolic and diastolic, which depend on whether the heart muscle is contracting (systole) or relaxed between beats (diastole). Normal blood pressure at rest is within the range of 100-140mmHg systolic (top reading) and 60-90mmHg diastolic (bottom reading). High blood pressure is said to be present if it is persistently at or above 140/90 mmHg. Causes of hypertension can be extreme amount of work pressure. Symptoms of hypertension are that people might have sudden rise in anger.Hypertension is rarely accompanied by any symptoms, and its identification is usually through screening, or when seeking healthcare for an unrelated problem. A proportion of people with high blood pressure reports headaches (particularly at the back of the head and in the morning), as well as light-headedness, vertigo, tinnitus (buzzing or hissing in the ears), altered vision or fainting episodes. Treatment of hypertension is very important before it converts into a bigger problem. It is necessary that people take better care of their anger and should stay away from stressful situation which can lead them to attack of hypertension.
