Ever heard of the term shop-o-hlics? Of course you have. That only proves that a lot of people derive happiness and satisfaction from shopping. They have even gone to the extent of calling it the shopping therapy. But what happens when you, a self-acclaimed shop-o-holic, cannot find clothes your size? Even though it may not be the end of the world, but it definitely will be the end of the socializing. Now even if you are not much of a sweet coffee liking person, if you end up adding 20 grams of sugar every time you drink tea coffee, you are consuming up to 80 calories from coffee alone, excluding the other ingredients added and the sugar intake through other things. Along with the exercise, yoga or what ever that you do, you need to seriously consider the amount of sugar that you are consuming and in turn the calories that you are inviting. So how much is okay?/B<> Everyone knows one cannot entirely stop consuming sugar. So the classic question that comes to every mind is how much is too much? In a world where machines do all your chores, there is hardly anything that you need to strain yourself for. In such kind of a sedentary lifestyle, consuming excess sugar is all the more dangerous as there is no way to burn it up. In such lifestyle, women can consume up to 2000 to 2200 calories whereas men can consume up to 2700 calories. Now realizing the amount of calories in sugar, you seriously need to balance it with some kind of alternative. Replacing and relaxing In a health conscious world, you get everything that helps you count your calories and why should sugar be an exception? Honey is one of the natural ways to replace sugar in your cereal or tea. But not many people like the taste of honey. So what other options do they have?
