Sugar Trouble, aka: carbohydrates; it truly is completely and utterly amazing how this substance can rock your world and send you into overdrive mode only to bring you to a halting stop wondering what happened and what to do next. This legal substance creates havoc for many Lovely Ladies, however, being aware and having a plan will make life with this substance more tolerable. Sugar has no nutritional merit and when used for pure pleasure seeking purposes can add up to many, many extra calories. When consumed in large amounts on a continuous basis it does and will add up to producing results that are not behooving of your goals in the weight loss department. Although eliminating this substance from your daily interactions is unrealistic and cannot be maintained for any length of time, therefore, not keeping it real, you must proceed with caution and wakefulness. Approaching the topic requires the word “moderation” and the outlook to choose wisely. Why not incorporate some of the following ideas into your repertoire of control.

~Do not skip meals throughout your day. This will promote balance and control. ~Eliminate high calorie sweet options from your home. Not your life. ~Include exercise into your day; it’ll make you feel good and ward off temptations. ~Purchase snack-size treat options when available. ~Practice the art of moderation on a daily basis. ~Don’t substitute what you really want. Have a smidgen of the real McCoy and enjoy.

As with any food or beverage the key to success is the ability to have control and consciousness over what you are putting into your shrine and the amount which you are consuming. Like all things in your days, everything in moderation is the key to living a balanced, happy life and not allowing this addictive substance to call the shots in your existence is one way to live your life in a poised manner. Curb your desire for pre-packed foods that contain large amounts of sugar and steer yourself down the pathway of more natural inhabitants such as luscious fruits, vegetables and healthy alte
atives.
