But later, on the FDA approved this drug as the better alternative to treat male pattern baldness. It was observed that this hair loss cure drug fits the requirement and contributes in regeneration of hair growth. In case of minoxidil, when the individuals discontinue the use of the drug, the improvements start disappearing. It is, however, not the case when usage of the finasteride hair loss cure is ensured.
Both the hair loss cure drugs mentioned above have their own pros and cons, but the finasteride is only recommended for men’s use. Usage of this drug by the females causes birth defects and hence they must not use it. Thus, to grow hair, you must remain conscious enough to choose a suitable drug for relevant treatment.
