Sumerian Description About Anunnaki and What They Taught

Sumerian culture is one of the most ancient cultures on this earth which consists of some interesting myths. From the very first day of modernisation, it is a big question to science as well as history about the kind of super natural power the human beings can consume to make up the extraordinary architecture and engineering without having proper infrastructure. The Sumerian culture is the culture assumed to be the same one as Mesopotamia, which has fascinated millions all over the world with its extraordinary design and architecture. Not only that, there is a huge enigma that prevails about the scientific knowledge of people of this civilization possessed. Sumerian beliefs: According to Sumerian mythology it is believed that the earth’s solar system has another planet which is the 10th planet of this solar system (considering the earth, moon and Pluto as planets). If it were the early 80’s of 20th century then it would be named as planet x, but according to Zecharia Sitchin’s paranormal intuition it was named as Nibiru. The Sumerians believed that some nephilim who are residents of that planet came to earth to mine the raw materials especially gold. These Nephilims were later known as Anunnaki. It is also told that they are exactly 50 in numbers and being so few in number they got tired soon and created human on earth to serve them. Here, Sumerians described the ancient aliens as their gods, but Sitchin believes that they were actually the ancient astronauts of that 10th planet. It is also claimed why those Anunnaki left earth. The reason is described as, when the natural catastrophe came to the earth which is popularly known as the ice age, they saw that the human survived but all of their own creations were destroyed. So, they left earth and handed over the governing responsibilities to the humans. Anunnaki came on specifically 450,000- 400,000 years ago as claimed in the book of Sitchin. According to him all his biblical texts actually gathered information from the Sumerian writings. Hypothetical conception: Erich von Daniken was a leader about this kind of hypothesis and wrote a book also about these things named Chariots of the Gods. Although his thesis was about the great pyramids, the same concept of the aliens is described here as well. Now days, the beliefs and misconceptions as well have been spreading. But this has a positive side also. People who believes in the UFOs and claims that the aliens come to visit our earth got a new subject of interest. Conclusion: Sitchin described this Sumerian culture and the concept of Anunnaki in his hypothetical conceptual books, though they do not consist of any proper historical and/or scientific evidence in practical. So, this concept is not granted by the main stream of science and history and rejected for being pseudo scientific and pseudo historical. This might be the complete intuition by the believers or perhaps it could be studying about it in detail further in the future. But never the less it is an important hypothesis who made the science and history compelled to think about it and find whether this is a misconception or not.
