Is super fast weight loss and healthy weight loss a case of either/or?nnWe live in a world where people are programmed to believe that they can have one or the other, but not both.nnSayings like "You can't have your cake and eat it too" and "you can't have everything" are all too familiar to the vast majority of us.nnNowhere is the either/or mentality more prevalent than in the world of weight loss. It's perhaps the greatest reason why people choose to subject themselves to various weight loss methods that leave them with less than hoped for results. Most believe that the super fast weight loss they desire is some how out of tune with the healthy weight loss they hope for.nnLet's face it, when it comes to weight loss, we want immediate results, but we also don't want to harm ourselves in the process of obtaining those results. Unfortunately because we have been programmed with the either/or mentality we feel that we have to choose. nnMaking our decision a little easier is the fact that there are very few options available that can provide healthy weight loss. In contrast, there are many products, programs and fad diets that can cater to the immediate results side of us. Inevitably we wind up choosing a fast, unhealthy weight loss approach.nnWe also get the other things that go along with these approaches, namely results that just don't last. The vast majority of weight loss methods do not lead to lasting results. In fact, most of the people who try them wind up in a worse state of obesity then they were in before.nnWhy? Because most weight loss methods do not focus on the fundamentals of weight loss. nn

nnStop believing a lie!nnThe truth is that super fast weight loss and healthy weight loss do mix. In fact, healthy weight loss is fast weight loss with one extra benefit... Lasting results!nnThe greatest truth about weight loss is that it is not and outward-in process it is an inward-out process. Give your body what it needs at the cellular level and you will get the results you desire on the outside.nnIf you are overweight you are merely experiencing a SYMPTOM of an underlying cause. The vast majority of weight loss methods merely treat the symptom and therefore can never produce lasting results.nnTo experience the fast, healthy, lasting results that you desire, you must treat the cause of obesity. The only way to do this is by addressing the fundamentals of weight loss.
