Kegel exercise helps to strengthen the muscles which are used in ejaculation. The same muscles are used in urination also; therefore kegel is done by tightening those muscles. Squeeze the muscles as if you want to stop the flow of urine and hold it like that for a while. Release and repeat this process few times. This exercise helps in strengthening the muscles and thus aids in delaying ejaculation. Another exercise to prevent premature ejaculation and last longer in bed is deep breathing and yoga. These help to relax the body and have a better sense of control over your urges. Do these exercises regularly for preventing this problem.
2. Stop and Start Method: In this, when you are stimulated enough and have the urge to ejaculate, stop and relax. Start the stimulation again and repeat the procedure. This way you can prevent premature ejaculation and last longer in bed.
