Heart murmur is indeed a kind of whoosh sound which comes along with the regular lub-tub heart sounds. When we visit a doctor when we are sick with illness then the doctor would be able to identify the whooshing sound in our heart .Using his stethoscope he would be able to identify it but that sound would soon go away as soon as the health condition becomes normal. If we probe into the causes of the heart murmurs(In French maladie cardio) then we might be able to conclude that our poor eating habits and unhealthy life and sedentary lifestyle is the primary cause for heart related problems like heart murmurs.

Heart Murmur Treatment

Over weight, inactiveness, depression, stress is all the major factors causing trouble in modern days’ life style. Now to add along with it the heart problems and issues of cardiac problems have made many to ponder over the causes of it and yes we need to work out a conclusion for the heart problems. In adults the abnormal murmurs are most often caused as a result of damaged heart valves .The heart valves can be compared to one such thing which strictly allows the flow of blood in only one direction .The flow of blood from the heart chambers to the heart and the flow of blood from the heart to the other organs of the body. When any sort of infection is found in the valves then the heart valves’ function becomes ruined. An infected heart valve would alter the heart‘s blood flow completely and at times the heart valve would be narrowed which causes further problems to the heart. When the flow of the pure blood from the heart or the flow of impure blood to the heart chambers is alters then it sure cause’s serious health problems to the concerned individual. The murmur is certainly not dangerous in all cases .A physician is the best one to point out what sort of murmur is harmless and what kind of murmur is harmful to go for medical treatment like surgeries of the by-pass operation kind. This does not refer that every heart problem would make an individual to opt for major heart surgeries .However early detection of the murmur would curb the Heart problems at an initial stage itself. Most of the individuals having heart problems(In French insuffisance cardiaque) would at first hesitate to go to a doctor for treatment .This kind of refusal would not help him/her but only worsen that individual’s health condition. So if one feels he/she must go for a health check up for the heart then it is wise not to postpone but to quickly reach a doctor’s help soon!
