For last two decades, the business environment comes across drastic changes. This brought up new challenges in every department of the organization. Most challenging area is the human resource. Advancement in the human resource occurred in across the globe and needs well verse improvement to handle these changes. Potential challenges and technologies have its effects in selection and other recruitment process. Main factors that come across are new market, new customers, new talents and new approach which extended its scope within the organization and outside too. Some organizations have human resource department and other use recruiter to have right candidate for the vacancy. Business grows with the effect of human resource department.
Hiring is the main and vital part of human resource department. For this purpose many organizations used services of recruitment agencies that are specialized in this field. Recruitment agencies offer every kind of recruitment facility form skilled labor to executive form every level of management (top, middle and bottom line).
Cost Efficiency: Use of specialized recruitment services of these agencies will have an effect on cost effectiveness for organizational point of view. Cost effectiveness is important in the sense of selection of right candidate for the required job. Sometimes organization needs immediate hiring and such recruitment agencies provide this service without increasing the cost.
Time Saving: Hiring is complex and time consuming process that involves the phases of advertisement, screening, intervening, evaluation and selection. These are generally done by executives of organization and they are the busiest individuals in organization as have focus on organizational development. Staffing agencies make sure that candidates are qualified for the job and save time for organizational evolution.
Best Fit: Hiring done by these recruitment agencies was found of harmonization among candidates and the jobs by human resource department. Candidates selected by agencies are perfectly fit in job descriptions. Human resource department often find misfit candidates as they have lot of workload on their part but recruitment agencies have sole work of placement. Candidates chosen by staffing agencies are mostly an ideal fit into the job summary. Organizations lose both money and time resources which can be reduced by recruitment agencies as they know the right match among performance and candidate.
Overseas candidate Search: Recruitment agencies have associations in foreign countries which will help foreign applicants looking for job. These candidates contact them and in return initiate the recruitment process. Process will lead a match between right candidate and the organization need for right employee.
High Standards: Staffing agencies have set of principles and they strictly follow them to meet the right selection for the client in terms of long relationship. Also they keep tracking their placement with respect to performance and experience for the reason that if any vacancy is available to them they can offer it for career growth of candidates.
