At the starting of summer, the temperature is going too high. As the weather changes, so you should take skin care therapies. During the warm weather, the need of your tone differs when it is winter. In hot summer, you skin fights with heat, humidity & damaging ultra violet rays. And, if you want to take cold dips in the swimming pool, you need to protect your body skin from water chlorine. Here are some glowing skin tips on how to take care of your skin during summer days: * Change your sunscreen lotion too. You need a heavy SPF sunscreen lotion in hot weather. Pick one that is soft and oil-free. * Use exfoliates thrice a week. It will help to removing your skin's external layer of dead skin will help refresh dull and dry skin. Pick a gentle face scrub with smooth and thin particles. Scrubbers that are too rough will damage your skin. * Eat fresh fruits and vegetables which are rich with beta hydroxyl, alpha hydroxyl & antioxidants such as vitamin A, C and E. Citrus fruits such as tomatoes and strawberries, curd contain vitamin C. Wheat germ, seeds, nuts, whole grains and fish oil can contain lot of vitamin E. Carrots, peaches , broccoli, squash, banana, cantaloupe, apricots and mango are rich with vitamin A. * Wash your face twice in a day to get rid of dirty oil and dust. If you can't keep your face clean daily, you might have acne breakouts or blackheads. Since you will be rinsing your face more often, you will want to use a cleanser or scrubber.
