There are a few factors that cause weight gain. One of them is high fat diets, too much protein in your diet, and too many carbohydrates. This unbalanced trinity can lead to excess stomach fat, and an unhealthy body overall. A low fat diet however, can lead to faster weight loss and an overall healthier body since you will be intaking healthy fats and very few saturated fats.

The Alli pill has been receiving rave reviews for the success of many women and men that have tried it. Some people experience 50 pounds of weight loss in 3 months, but those kinds of results aren't typical. You may very well be surprised to learn that the weight loss is significantly higher than what Alli suggests you may lose!

So how does Alli Weight Loss Pill work?

This pill works by blocking the absorption of fat into your body. Of course this also means that a certain amount of calories is also blocked, which can lead to weight loss. Of course when you take the Alli pill you should keep each meal under 15 grams of fat. You should also try to eat as little saturated fat as possible. For many people the "good" fats such as monounsatured and polyunsaturated do not cause the nasty side effects.

What side effects are associated with this diet pill?

Side effects are generally limited to diarrhea and stomach problems if you mess up and consume too much fat. Many people simply don't take the pill on holidays when higher fat meals are likely to be present. Not taking the pill so you can have a free day isn't recommended. Other than that side effects are non-existent. Though, most people that have taken this and consumed too much fat at once will tell you that what you experience is not pleasant or worth a chocolate bar or burger.

What kind of results will I see?

Results are truly varied from person to person. Most people can lose 3 pounds a week taking Alli. Others that weigh more from their starting point can lose considerably more until their weight goes down. Some people lose less, but this could be due to their metabolism and diet, as well as exercise habits. It is best to ask various people what their results were and how long it took. Then you can easily gauge what YOUR results may be!

How affordable is Alli?

Alli is VERY affordable! A 3 month supply can cost well under $100. The manufacturer also offers coupons occasionally. Some stores often have the product on sale, especially the starter kits. You really have nothing to lose, except a few pounds!
