Considering your holidays as the hot summer is fast approaching? HOLIDAY RENTALS IN SPAIN is the place to be if you want to top up a tan but also for much more than that. Renting apartments or villas is the best choice for disce ing travellers and what better place to go tha Spain, with such a varied range of destinations? From some of the most vibrant cities in Europe to the spectacular beaches on the Mediterranean Sea, it’s popular with families, parties and sporting groups, whether it’s a golfing, hen or stag party or just the family annual outing there is something here for everyone. Couples have come here for years, to marry on the beach or just honeymoon, and families and groups take advantage of exuberant theme parks, while hen or stag parties have come for the party atmosphere. Historians and archaeologists have so many castles and ruins to explore; golfers have headed to the Costas with sensational courses to choose between. The Balearic and Canary Islands are places that hit the headlines regularly because of the alcohol filled late night binge parties and the general raucousness of them, but this is overplayed and almost anywhere anyone goes in Spain, there is always going to be a little of that. Madrid, Barcelona and Benidorm are just a few of those fantastic places to go. Madrid is the capital and although it has no beaches for refuge from the hot sun like all cities around the world Madrid has outstanding historical monuments to explore: the Palacio Real, the Catedral de la Almudena and the Temple of Debod. If arriving by plane then do not miss Terminal 4 at Barajas International Airport, one of the largest terminal structures in the world. Like Madrid, Barcelona also has many areas to explore and is stepped in culture and history: the Palau de la Musica Catalana, the Columbus Monument and the Forum Building but it also with superb beaches and a magnificent view from Mount Tibidabo. Benidorm is one of those places along with the party islands that has its name banded around in newspapers but it has a more subtle peaceful side for those who look for it. The party atmosphere can be found all over Spain with so many fiestas seems that each village has its own party hero. The terrain can change within just a few miles from mountainous ranges to deserted land or marshland; there are tiny villages and wide open ranges where there’s hardly a soul to say hello to and plenty of walking trails, horse trekking routes and 4x4 safari drives all over the country. There are nature parks on the top of mountains and secluded coves along the beaches. Head for the coast for a wide variety of beaches to choose between; white sands or black volcanic rocks, quiet bays or busy Blue Flag beaches with so many sports on offer. The cuisine is just as diverse as the land from the famous Valencian Paella to rice dishes coloured by the ink of squid. Every town, village or city have restaurants catering for every taste whether traditional Spanish tapas or Indian curry and selections of wines to compare. The British holidaymaker is spoilt for choice but the people are the real magic of Spain: friendly and often speak English. Whether you visit for the sun, monuments, food, culture or even the fiestas then HOLIDAY RENTALS IN SPAIN is the holiday destination of the year.
