Black and white, gray, beige tones, and muted pastel paint colors are trending, and often wood or sleek modern décor and furniture work together to achieve the goal of minimalism.

Adaptable home offices – With a great number of homeowners still working remotely or working a side hustle job, home office renovations are becoming a priority. Formal dining and sitting rooms are being converted into office spaces with built-ins and smart boards. Guest rooms play double duty with the addition of an office/desk setup. For many, it’s about creating a functional space productive for working as well as visually appealing for those zoom calls.
