Tanzania stands out as one of the country in East Africa, to really make a lot of effort to preserve their culture and history. Most of the cities, still retains its old history, is shown through the buildings and architecture. The country's primary language is Swahili. One such city is located in Tanga port north of the country and an important port. It has about 250,000 people. Population is one of the country's largest cities.

Tanzania's Tanga City has a strong history dating back to 1899, when the city was chosen as a military post in German East Africa, known as vokieciams.Po later became a district office in 1891. And then it became an economic hub. And Sisal was introduced to the city of colonial power, which contributed much to the development of the city. Now the city is a major tourist attraction areas. It is the principal end Usambara railway line snakes its way to Moshi town, that he was located in the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Another big change is the Tanga Airport, which serves the city as for the goods exported to distant countries, the transit point.
