Your mind has two facets; two distinct functions to play. The two aspects include the conscious and the sub-conscious mind and each plays a very significant role in helping you with your goal realization. rnYour conscious mind is involved in your every day activities, one which you use in your daily routine. The actual power of the conscious mind lies in its ability to make the right choice. It is like the commander of a force who decides the activities of the soldiers who need to function as per their commander’s orders. To a great extent, that sums up its power. rnHowever, the real power of your mind is your subconscious power. Your subconscious mind is always working. No matter what you are doing, be it watching TV, eating, exercising or even sleeping; your subconscious is always working in the background, absorbing information.rnWith access to unlimited intelligence, your subconscious mind has the ability to solve all your queries and provide you with ingenious ideas to do things in a better way. In fact, the subconscious mind is the reflection of your thoughts and cannot say ‘no’ to what you hold in your thoughts. Without judging the acumen of your thoughts, it brings about what you are thinking. It always says ‘yes’ to what you are continually thinking. In fact it takes your word seriously, without the ability to distinguish your positive or negative thoughts. Your subconscious mind is fueled by emotions, so the deeper you think of something, the more easily and quickly the subconscious mind will bring it to you. As a result, you need to weed out the negative thoughts, so that positive thoughts can flourish. So, what exactly do you need to tap into the power of your subconscious mind? First of all, make sure that you remember that your subconscious mind is like fertile soil and your thoughts are like seeds. Whatever, you sow you shall reap. No matter what your circumstances are, always believe that good will come to you in some form or the other. stop saying negative words like ‘I can’t or I can’t achieve my goals.
