Many companies have developed a technical ladder career path that parallels the management career ladder. Technical ladder is to provide advertising opportunities for staff who will bring great value to the company, through its technical expertise and want to focus on the experiences of their careers, rather than creating their own career and from the disposal of the management ranks.
