It will make you think twice about super sizing or that snickers bar in the grocery store. 6 Keep Pictures Of Ugly Fat People This is 100% motivation. I keep a picture of a bog ol' gut on my wall for when I do sit-ups in the morning! 7 Weigh Yourself 1-3 Times A Day This doesn't only help you keep your mind on your goal, but it helps you know what is working and what isn't. Many people go months, even years, without weighing themselves because they are afraid of what they will see. Don't be afraid!
