Do not take this medicine with the mentioned list of medicines like Carbamazepine, phenobarbital, rifampin, Erythromycin, ketoconazole, dexamethasone, phenytoin, Drugs metabolized by CYP450-3A4 and itraconazole. Side effect of the medicinernEvery medicine do have many common to serious side effect. Mifeprex medicine do have some common to serious side effect. List of some common side effects are Pain in the abdomen, Pain in the back, Feeling of vomit, Spinning of head, Unable to digest, Restlessness, Irregular bowel movement, Exhausted and Feeling giddy and list of some serious side effect are Rashes on the skin, Angina, Unconsciousness, Increased body temperature, Itchy feeling, Breathlessness, Swollen face, Rapid heartbeat and Pain in the pelvic area.
