It allows a two way dialogue from business to consumer with customer reply capability making it possible for companies to gather important demographic and psychographic information from willing consumers.

You can also provide product/services updates to your customers. Businesses also use customer’s phone numbers to increase repeat business and drive traffic to business during slow periods.
