The Art of Getting Your Girlfriend Back
It's heartbreaking for a guy to hear those awful words, "I want to break up," but there is an art to getting your girlfriend back. No matter what the cause, aside from physical abuse, there are ways to win her heart all over again. Depending on what happened, it may take a lot of work, but it's well worth the effort.
What's the Secret?
You must remember that woman think much differently than men on almost everything. Here are some steps that have helped in the past to recapture a her heart.
*Reassessment of the Relationship. What first attracted your ex-girlfriend to you? Work on those aspects. These include both physical and personality traits. Think back and try to remember any compliments that she gave you in the past. More often than not, these are traits that attracted her to you in the first place! Work on magnifying them to the best of your ability.
*Don't Make a Pest of Yourself. Don't follow her, don't call her, don't email, Facebook or text her. She will find a way of keeping tabs on you if the interest is still there. If you meet somewhere make it casual and don't hang around. She needs to feel that you may move on without her and she might miss out on getting you back if action isn't taken soon.
*Don't Make Yourself Available.
Be open to going out socially as she will probably do as well. Don't be surprised if you run into her "accidentally" or receive an occasional text just to see how you are doing. This is to see if you are still interested. Don't appear to be anxious, with time she will make her intentions known one way or another.
Once you have been given the nod to proceed, don't get cocky. Remain humble and observant. You have been given a second chance, don't blow it.
