What do you think? Which one would you prefer between buying a spacious apartment such as 2BHK, 3BHK or buying an individual house such as Bungalows? Well, we know both narrow down to the essential thing known as the Cost Factor. But, we see many people having their preferences of choosing an apartment over individual houses. Earlier, many people used to prefer living in individual homes. But the reason was, the properties back then were affordable and people were able to invest in buying bigger property lands. But today, to invest in a basic 2BHK house takes a huge toll on our pocket. Today, the property prices start from a minimum of 15 Lakhs for an unfurnished apartment. It is not an easy game to invest in a property. So, let us help you understand and help you make the right choice. Here are a few reasons why people prefer an apartment over individual houses: Security The factor of being safe is covered. With security available 24*7 with CCTV cameras and security guards, staying in an apartment seems safer than that of a Bungalow. Accompanied all time The drawback of residing in a Bungalow might sometimes be an issue in many ways when one seeks for a company. If it is a row house colony then there is no problem. Where in case of apartments, neighbors and apartment committee keeps you accompanied in lot many ways. Budget-Friendly If one goes around in search of investing in a property and stands confused whether to invest in an individual house or an apartment, then the budget factor plays the lead and the option of investing in an apartment seems more likely the apt choice. Because the apartments that are unfurnished or semi-furnished cost about Rs 15-20 Lakhs in a not very urban locality. If you opt to invest in an urban and prime locality, then a compact home would start from Rs 30-45 Lakhs. So, have your budget well fixed before looking out for different property types. Amenities Living in an individual house will get you no amenities compared to that with the amenities an apartment would provide. These builders build an apartment by offering a great set of amenities to the residents. From power supply to water supply, elevators, security, clubhouse, children's play area, fitness center, gardens and what not. These builders make the best use of the space and offer residents with the best possible. Lately, we’ve been noticing that many builders have mini supermarkets, coaching centers, and much more stop shops within the apartments itself and make comfortable a bigger amenity. So, the next time you are confused about what to pick on between an apartment and an individual house, look for what is important to you when it comes to the budget, area, amenities, and security. Also, understand the returns on investment as today the returns are usually higher in whichever property one chooses invest in, based on the locality and the size of the apartment.
