As we all know MS Office provide a facility to access our Emails data from Exchange Server in offline mode by MS Outlook an Email client. Exchange Server saves user mailbox account data in EDB file format. Exchange Server has two formats of EDB files one is Priv.EDB and other is Pub.EDB. The Priv.EDB file stands for Private EDB file and this file supports to save all user mailbox account data where as Pub.EDB file stands for Public EDB file this file supports to share or centralized an organizations data publically in the organization.
