For the common man, MBA is just a master degree of business administration, even though it is much more than that. And, nowadays, there are various courses in the MBA stream that can provide diverse career options in functional domains.

Nowadays, there are various post graduation courses which are being widely preferred by graduate students all over the world, with Master of Business Administration making a major chunk of the pie. And, some of the most popular programs are MBA Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Infrastructure Management, and Aviation Management. However, these courses are being provided by selected universities only, whether they are based in India or other part of the world.

Particularly in India, these courses are being offered only in the well know institutions and universities. The most famous university offering theses courses in India is located in the valleys of Dehradun. And, the eligibility criteria to take admission in MBA Logistics & Supply Chain Management and MBA Aviation Management is that the students applying for this course must have 50% marks in their Higher & Senior Secondary School level, and completed graduation from a recognized university with at least 50% marks.

On the other hand, students who want to opt for MBA Infrastructure Management to get the post graduation degree need to possess minimum 50% marks at their Higher & Senior Secondary education level and a graduation degree in B. Tech/ BE (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / EEE) / B.Sc. (PCM) from a recognized University with at least 50% marks.

However, apart from these courses you can also opt for MBA International Business, but for that too the eligibility and admission criteria are the minimum marks at the school level and graduation level.

MBA Infrastructure Management program covers a complete and well-structured four semester based curriculum, particularly designed to endow the students with specialized training to develop the managerial skills required in the infrastructure management, regulatory process, and contract administration. It also helps to learn about IT applications required in infrastructure sector along with their financing, and assists the students in understanding regulation from investment, economy & planning of the infrastructure sector. Both working professionals & fresh graduates can easily opt for this course.

MBA Aviation Management program covers each and everything which is required at the managerial level in the aviation industry. The main focus of this program’s modules are especially structured, so that the students pursuing this course can easily understand and develop the skills required in the aviation sector, from Aviation Safety & Fleet Management to Ground Handling, and from Regulatory Management, Cargo to Fueling Management & other allied issues relevant to this particular industry.

With MBA Logistics & Supply Chain Management program, students will develop thorough understanding and acquire knowledge on multiple aspects of supply chain business, which includes purchasing, materials management, supply-chain management etc.

Most of the universities and colleges offering these courses require students to pass through their special test or MAT/ CAT/ GMAT, for which they have set minimum scores.
