The BodyTalk System is a revolutionary form of alte
ative health care. It draws from the established traditions of western medicine, acupuncture, osteopathic and chiropractic philosophy, applied kinesiology, and the insights from modern physics and mathematics.

BodyTalk is a surprisingly simple and effective therapy that allows the body's energy systems to be balanced out so that they can function as nature intended.

BodyTalk uses information gained from the innate wisdom of the body. The innate wisdom is the knowledge within us that attempts to keep us healthy, happy and in harmony with our environment at all times. The brain is the mechanical regulator and controller of the various systems of the body, but it becomes influenced over the years by belief systems, toxins, inherited diseases, and all the other interferences that happen to us as part of our daily lives.

Unfortunately, this means that the brain thinks through these filters, and comes into conflict with the innate wisdom of the body. BodyTalk us a system that listens to the wisdom of your innate healing knowledge, and relays what it wants to do to the brain so that you can re-balance any blockages or imbalances in your system.

The BodyTalk practitioner communicates with the innate wisdom via kinesiology, establishing not only what the innate wants to do, but very importantly, in what order it needs to be done. Once the innate wisdom has informed the practitioner what is to be done, light tapping is used to instruct the brain what needs to be done.

Depending on how much work you have done on yourself, and your life experiences, the first session is like taking a car to the mechanics. If you have been running your car for 40 years without servicing it, the initial consultation would be about changing the spark plugs and engine oil. Once this has been done, the mechanic can begin to look at other areas. This is the same with a BodyTalk session, and why I recommend that you begin with 4 sessions, so that we move passed the spark plugs, and onto the deeper issues.

BodyTalk can be used to address physical, emotional and spiritual issues, and quite often, physical issues denote an underlying imbalance of an emotional or spiritual nature.

Do you need a health MOT? (English for Car maintenance!)
