Basically, there are two types of investors, one is the Bull and another is Bear. In which sometimes the bull wins and sometimes Bear wins.

Those people who think the market will go up and buys the stock to sell it at a greater price are known as the Bulls.rnThose people who think the market will go down and sell the stock are known as Bears. In this sometimes investors make the profit through short selling.

Similarly, if we go through the finance newspaper or news channel, it denotes the ups and downs of the market with the use of words Bears and Bulls. If the market is on up they call it Bullish market or if it goes down they call it Bearish market.

It is believed that the stock market took this name from the fight of bull and bear. The bull and the bear attacks on each other towards the opposite direction. It is the basic nature of bull that it always raises its prey from top to bottom, whereas the bear always dropped its prey from top to bottom.

The Bull market is recognized by the green or blue candle and the bear market is recognized by the red candle.
