Cellulite is also known as orange peel syndrome and cottage cheese skin. It is caused by fat deposits forming uneven layers in the skin making it dimpled-like in appearance. Celluliter is common in women and it is mostly seen on buttocks, abdomen and thighs. The causes of cellulite include genetics and hormonal factors. Poor diet is also one of the leading causes of cellulite and so is not drinking enough water. If you are eating food with too much fat, sugar and salt, then you are not only risking yourself from cellulite but also to certain heart diseases. When it comes to lifestyle, people who are considered smokers are also most likely prone to having cellulite. Some people prefer taking weight loss medications rather than exercising and that gives them a higher chance of having cellulite. Fa bort celluliter needs a lot of discipline and workout. Genetics and hormonal factors

Processed food should also be removed from your grocery list because it is also the reason why you have cottage cheese skin. Try not to drink alcoholic beverages if you can’t get rid of your celluliter as well as drinks rich in caffeine. Moreover, if you don’t drink enough water, toxins won’t be eliminated in your body thus producing cellulite. An important note for people who want to lose weight and fa bort celluliter, do not attempt crash diet. The body will consume fats and then it will be trapped on tissues preventing the body from eliminating toxins.
Lifestyle
Inactive lifestyle and poor circulation caused by lack of exercise can cause cellulite. Also, if you’re a smoker, the toxins tend to destroy the connective tissues on your body and this could lead to cellulite build-up. Tight clothes especially undergarments can also cause cottage cheese skin. If your undergarments are too tight, it could impede blood flow resulting to orange peel syndrome.
