Generally when someone takes the name of a hotel in front of us an image of a large building with different floors emerges in front of our eyes. Moving ahead inside this building there are several rooms furnished with contemporary furniture to offer comfort staying facility to the tourists visiting that particular place. Along with this you will also find a big hall with lots of people dining inside it. Well, all this imagination about the hotel is true to huge extent, but this image had been the perfect imagination if someone had asked about the hotel during our childhood say twenty to twenty five years back. Because during this gap of almost a quarter century the infrastructure of hotel and the facilities offered by them have gone under vast changes and today the hotels not only offer the perfect staying accommodation to the tourists but also offer substantial space for organizing personal events like official parties, conferences, seminars, personal parties etc inside their premises. Moving ahead depending upon the facilities offered by them the hotels of today’s generation are now days categorized according to three star, five star or seven star. One more interesting fact which has been noticed in current scenario is that in earlier days the hotels have only a dining room which was almost filled by tourists either staying there or visiting that place. But, the hotels today have three to four dining halls which are almost filled not only by the tourists also by the natives including families, office colleagues, college going students and young couples etc. In-fact there would be hardly any hotel which must not be over crowded during the weekends. It would be interested to know that that now day’s trend of enjoying lunch or dinner with family in some renowned hotel during the weekend has become a common fashion among the families. Well, moving ahead one more interesting and mind blowing change that has been witnessed among the hotels in Hertfordshire and across the world is that most of hotel owners now prefer to construct them in outskirt area of the town away from pollution in the arms of nature. This although at first instance seems quite tiring to visit some hotel that is located at the distance of 15-20 kilometers away from the city. But interestingly going through the benefits and services that the guests are offered the distance do not matters much to them. The worth mentioning benefit which almost every person enjoys is that it offers them an opportunity of going for long drive or ride with their dears and provides them an opportunity to spend some quality time with each other. Apart from all this going through the location of these hotels in the outskirts they offer they facility of organizing personal events like weddings, engagements, official parties, conferences, seminars etc inside their premises. The facility of organizing personal and official events in these hotels has proved to be a boon for the organizers. Because these events are attended by the masses at that time arranging for food and staying facility for all of them is quite difficult for the organizers. But facility of organizing such events not only solves their problem of making comfortable accommodation for the guests but also saves the time of receiving and dropping guests at different times. Moving ahead going through the location of these hotels in the outskirts they are constructed in vast area due to which it becomes easier for the organizers to organize all the ceremonies associated with the wedding in wide area and get it decorated according to their expectations in royal way strictly according the decoration during the weddings of prince and princesses of yester years. It would be interested to know that today organization of weddings and engagements in hotels is flourishing at jet dynamic speed due to plethora of benefits offered by them. In short it can be said that today you just have money in your wallet to tell your requirements to the management of such hotels and they rely silently on chair to enjoy their services.
