With all the tragedy and gloom news about the home market around the country, it's important to understand that customers are still buying homes! For the Co CO real estate market, out of every nine results in Oct, one marketed. This is just a little bit better than the rate of marketed houses in Sept. With the flood of houses in the marketplace, Co symbolizes a great opportunity for traders and those with a favorable credit score along with a significant down payment.
The tensing mortgage companies are starting to impact the industry in Co, though. Costs have slipped as suppliers recognize less qualified customers are looking for houses.
