A fast way to lose weight is to do fitness training regularly. This means on a daily basis. In actuality, if you do fitness training occasionally, its a good way to hurt yourself.

An example may be of some help. Visualize a auto that is driven once a month, and when it is driven, it is driven fast. Yet the auto isn't maintained while not in use.
