Also, the feeling of your muscles about to burst because they are swelled up feels great too, or maybe thats just me. 5. Eat healthy, well-balanced meals. You can never go wrong with unprocessed foods like fruits, vegetables, grains, and meat. Attempt to stay away from highly processed food products because they tend to be on the unhealthy side.
