Each and every season, many first-time triathletes try their debut race. Actually, each season the number of triathletes completing a triathlon increases rapidly. The three sports of triathlon, combined into one event is becoming very popular and making its way into community events. About a decade back triathlon was an uncommon sport held by the professionals. Most people most likely thought that just cycling in a race was terrible enough and did not need to add to it more anguish. Swimming and biking after already running is unjustifiable. No longer a secluded culture, triathlon has now opened up to all that want to give it a shot, and has also moved abroad. There are any number of reasons for this recent boom, but why would you do a triathlon? Why do triathlon? First of all, you could train for first triathlon to get healthy and strong. I do not have to tell you about the physical benefits of physical fitness. Nobody can disagree that regular exercise not only helps you feel better, but also helps your system fight off terminal illnesses such as heart attack, stroke, cancer, diabetes, and obesity. Along with that, beginner triathlon training will make you into great shape quick. If you have been on the look out for a fun way to lose some extra weight, tone up your entire body, and fit back into a prom dress, then training for a first triathlon is the perfect solution. I love it because when you get bored of running, you can swim. You always have variety. When you feel like doing something new jump in the pool for a swim. Just keep changing your sports all the while toning your hips, leg, upper body, and abs. Just as many of my personal training clients, possible you are wanting the energy to get you through the workday. I will say that it will not be easy at first, once you fit triathlon training into your routine, you will discover a whole new way of relating to your daily routine. You will become more productive at work, have tons more energy throughout your day, and I promise it won't take long until you are hooked on getting in your workout. Numerous studies have proven that exercise increase mental activity and improves focus. A couple of the other best reasons why to train for a triathlon are definitely my favorites. Everybody wants to live longer and not die of disease, but mostly we all want to live in the now and enjoy life to the fullest. Please believe that with triathlon in your life, you can do just that. Not only will you stay thin, you can chow down on more of your favorites foods and still stay sculpted. And not only will you perform better at work, you will start to perform better in bed. You got it, in addition to all of the above, research has also proven that the benefits of exercise show up in the kitchen and the bedroom as well. Or both if you get what I mean. Still asking why do a triathlon? For a challenge, for health and fitness, for disease prevention, for love, and for enjoyment, there are many good reasons why to do triathlon. Whatever your motivation, pick one or choose them all as your impetus for change, and get out and register for your first competition. You will only be competing against yourself. As long as you commit to finishing, I swear it will be a great experience‚ not to mention full of fringe benefits.
