But this year, we’ve seen the trend towards green living. Many have embraced a whole new lifestyle to improve their health and day-to-day activities. Recommended Routines
Sleeping late is one of the causes of weight gain. Practicing a healthy sleeping schedule and getting at least 7 hours of sleep per night can improve daily activities. Also, never skipping breakfast can do wonders for your health. It's not called the most important meal of the day for nothing. If your career keeps you busy, try to grab a sandwich and apple before going to work. Remember that coffee is not breakfast.

Vitamins and supplements can give you the nutrients you need that daily food cannot always provide. Avoid Unhealthy Vices and Habits
Lifestyle changes will require you to stop old, unhealthy habits like smoking and drinking. Or at least, start by avoiding occasions wherein you will excessively smoke and drink. Also, as much as you would like to hang out with your old buddies, sometimes they are not always the best people who can influence you to be on a better and healthier path.
It's a process and not something you can pull off overnight. Make little changes at first and include new activities to your routine. Influence your family and friends to enjoy it even more. The benefits it can provide for your overall health and well being is invaluable. If you can't practice a 100% green lifestyle, you can at least try to achieve healthier balance in your life today.
